B complex Dietary supplement of B complex vitamins, which act mainly as coenzymes in various reactions of the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. Folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 are needed to reduce homocysteine levels in the blood, a risk factor for cardiovascular disease.

Does not contain: gluten and lactose.

Ingrediants
Thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1); riboflavin (vitamin B2); nicotinamide (vitamin B3); calcium dpantothenate (vitamin B5); pyridoxine HCl (vitmine B6); biotin (vitamin B8); folic acid; vitamin B12; ascorbic acid (vitamin C); zinc gluconate; choline bitartrate; inositol. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium crosscarmellose, vegetable magnesium stearate, mint flavor. Coating: purified water, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, mountain wax.

How to use
1 tablet per day during the main meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Interactions with drugs
Antibiotics, oral contraceptives, salicylates, sulfonamides, cortisone induce depletion of the levels of B vitamins.

Interactions with other nutrients
Alcohol, coffee, sugar, food dyes cause vitamin B deficiencies.

Toxicity - side effects
Very high doses of B-complex vitamins can cause flatulence, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, or headache. Riboflavin can cause a bright yellow discoloration of the urine, however this effect is not harmful.
