How to use
Take 2 pearls a day with main meals, or before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses. If you are taking anticoagulants or are suffering from haemophilia, consult your doctor before use, as the polyunsaturated fatty acids contained in the product have a blood thinning action. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.

Drug interactions
The intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids ù-3 and ù-6 interferes with anticoagulant drugs (they enhance their action) and acetylsalicylic acid (antiplatelet agent).

Toxicity-side effects
Fish oil can, in some cases, cause flatulence, bloating, nausea and diarrhea.
