Ingrediants

Wakame seaweed ( Undaria pinnatifida [Harvey] Suringar ) (iodine content less than 1 ppm) thallus whole dry extract (10% fucoxanthin)	50 mg
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silica.

How to use
Take 1 tablet 2-3 times a day with meals.
