Per 100 g: magnesium chloride (hexahydrate) crystals 100 g.

How to use
1 heaped teaspoon (5 ml corresponding to 3.75 g) in half a glass of water, to be drunk in the morning on an empty stomach.

Do not use in pregnancy. For nursing women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
