Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract * titrated 0.4% in valerenic acid	63 mg 0.25 mg
Escolzia (Escholtzia californica Cham.) herb dry extract * titrated 0.2% Protopin	58 mg 0.12 mg
Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus) flowers and leaves dry extract titrated 1% Vitexina	38 mg 0.38 mg
Other ingredients: water; vegetable glycerin; preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, menthol); sweetener (sodium saccharin). * Dry extracts supported on maltodextrin.

How to use
We recommend taking 30 drops twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, corresponding to 3 ml of product.
