Indications:
Food supplement of melatonin in liquid form that helps both to alleviate the effects of jet lag (min.0.5 mg, equal to one drop, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination) and to reduce the time required to fall asleep (1 mg, equal to two drops).
How to use:
Take 2 drops a day, just before bedtime.
Shake before using.
