Description
Melatonin and Valerian is a food supplement based on valerian with melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. Valerian promotes relaxation (sleep, in case of stress).

Ingrediants
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcritalline cellulose, stearic acid, titanium dioxide (E171), valerian (valeriana officinalis L) root dry extract at 0.42% in valerenic acid on maltodextrin, niacin, vitamin B1 (thiamine), tryptophan, melatonin, escoltzia (eschscholtzia californica) herb dry extract at 0.2% in protopin, griffonia (griffonia simplicifolia baill) seed dry extract at 20% in hydroxytryptophan.

How to use
1 tablet swallowed with a little water in the evening, just before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat sources. The expiry date refers to the unopened product, correctly stored.
