Description
OPTIVE FUSION UD is a single-dose, sterile and preservative-free solution containing 0.5% sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.1% sodium hyaluronate, 1.0% glycerin, 0.5% erythrol, 0.25% levocarnitine, sodium lactate, potassium chloride , calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate and purified water.
OPTIVE FUSION UD is appropriate for use following LASIK surgery for the relief of dryness and post-surgery discomfort.
OPTIVE FUSION UD is compatible with the use of all contact lenses.
Instructions for Use
Place 1 or 2 drops in the eye (s), as needed.
Precautions
• Do not use the product in case of allergy to one of the components
• Do not ingest the solution
• To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not rest the vial tip on any surface and avoid direct contact with the eyes.
• Do not use after the expiration date printed on the product
• Keep out of the reach of children
• Store at room temperature
• Wait 5 minutes before administering another ophthalmic product
• Do not use if the single-dose vial or product packaging is damaged before use
• Use the vial only once and then discard it
• Do not use if the solution changes color
• Keep away from sunlight
Warnings
This product does not contain preservatives and should be used immediately after opening to avoid contamination which could lead to eye infections.
Discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor if you experience eye pain, vision changes, persistent eye redness or irritation, or if your condition worsens.

OPTIVE FUSION UD is supplied in special sachets. Each vial contains 0.4 ml of solution.
Packs containing 5 vials are supplied without the sachet.
