PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Ointment for external use.
The protective and adjuvant action of the product promotes the (physiological) restoration of the epidermal barrier of the anal and perianal area, the ointment can be used in the presence of skin alterations such as irritation, hemorrhoids, small skin fissures, superficial fissures, situations deriving from treatments chemotherapy, such as EGF-R receptor inhibitor drugs and radiation treatments. Useful in cases of skin irritation, especially if characterized by redness, burning, itching, burns and folliculitis. Thanks to a barrier effect, it protects and moisturizes the irritated and reddened part, thus promoting the restoration of the normal equilibrium conditions of the skin micro-environment. Gives a feeling of immediate relief.
METHOD OF USE AND EMPLOYMENT
Apply a layer of cream until completely absorbed, on the affected skin area, one or more times a day, depending on the need or requirement. In cases of radio or chemo therapy it is advisable to spread a layer of Proctomed CR® in the evening before the session, repeat the application after each radio or chemo therapy treatment. unless otherwise indicated or by the doctor's opinion.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
Avoid contact with eyes, in case of accidental contact rinse thoroughly with water. Do not apply the ointment in contact with the internal mucous membranes. Store the product at room temperature, away from heat sources, do not refrigerate. Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the package. Do not use if package is open or damaged. If intolerances to some components or other adverse effects occur, discontinue use and if necessary consult a doctor. Read the instructions for use carefully.
