International clinical studies confirm that the red clover isoflavones are effective in reducing the annoying symptoms of menopause (hot flashes, sweating, mood swings, etc.), are 45 times more effective than soy isoflavones, and are safe as they do not have the side effects of synthetic hormone therapy.

What does it contain?

Each Promensil tablet contains 40 mg of 4 standardized isoflavones, Genistein, Daidzein, Formononetin and Biochanin A extracted from Red Clover (Trifoglio pratense). Biologically active ingredients are components found naturally in plants, which are not chemically synthesized.
Promensil does not contain sugar, yeast, milk derivatives, wheat and wheat starch, gluten, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors.

How does it work?

Isoflavones are phytoestrogens, which literally means plant-derived estrogens. Isoflavones are similar in chemical structure to estrogen itself and when consumed in adequate quantities are able to mimic some effects of estrogen in order to promote the maintenance of health and well-being.

When will I see differences?

Depending on the case, most women notice some symptom relief within 2-5 weeks.

How to take it

One Promensil tablet per day is sufficient for most women to manage menopause symptoms naturally, however 2 tablets per day can be taken in case of severe symptoms. To help relieve daytime symptoms, take Promensil with breakfast. If nocturnal symptoms are the most prominent, take Promensil with the evening meal.
To optimize the absorption of Promensil it is recommended to take it away from drugs.

Clinical Studies

Clinical trials have been conducted around the world to demonstrate the benefits and safety of Promensil in reducing the symptoms and discomfort of menopause. New research is currently being developed to further increase knowledge of the health effects of isoflavones from Red Clover. Clinical trials on Promensil were conducted by specialists in universities, clinics and hospitals under the guidelines of the Good Clinical Research Practice.

Can i use Promensil if i still have regular monthly menstrual cycles?

Yes. Women can take Promensil while they have regular menstrual cycles, around the time leading up to menopause. However, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not take Promensil without first consulting a doctor.

What are the differences between red clover products and soy isoflavones?

Red clover and soy are both legumes and belong to the same plant family. The main difference is that Red Clover contains four active isoflavones while soy contains only two.
