Sideral Iron And Vitamin Supplement 20 Capsules

SiderAL Iron deficiency states (ferropenia, iron deficiency anemia) during pregnancy and lactation prolonged and abundant blood loss during the menstrual cycle. Iron supplementation in anemic, iron deficient and dialysed subjects.
The lipofer contained is a coated iron treated with liposomal technology (incorporation in natural phospholipids) which overcomes the gastric environment unscathed and is absorbed directly in the intestine thus avoiding any gastrointestinal discomfort frequent in iron supplementation. Contains soy derivatives.
