Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) and its extract, silymarin contains several active ingredients belonging to the family of bioflavonoids (phytoestrogens) called flavonolignans including silybin, isosilybin, dehydrosilybin, silydianin, silicristin.
These phytoestrogens regulate female hormone production, the balance of which is essential for the general well-being of women.
