Manganese performs an antioxidant function by helping to protect cells from free radicals: it is a fundamental cofactor of SOD (superoxide dismutase), an enzyme physiologically present in our body with the very important function of cellular antioxidant. Manganese also contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and the formation of connective tissues. Being a cofactor of numerous enzymes involved in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates and cholesterol, it supports the physiological energy metabolism.

Ingrediants
Manganese (chelated with amino acids); bulking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate; microcrystalline cellulose; thickener: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.

How to use
Swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal.
