Water-soluble fiber of psyllium powder. It is a water-soluble dietary fiber supplement composed of pericarp of psyllium seeds (Plantago psyllium L.) whose characteristic is to swell in water. In the intestine it facilitates the removal of waste, absorbs excess intestinal fluids (in case of diarrhea). Taken together with a drink (water or herbal tea) it helps fight constipation. It does not irritate the intestine and can promote the feeling of satiety if consumed with plenty of water before meals.

Ingredients (for 1 tablespoon of satin): 5800 mg of dietary fiber.

How to use:

Use 1 tablespoon of satin (about 5.8 g) of product per day, added to a cup of fruit juice or other liquids, preferably during meals. Drink the mixture after mixing the fibers as they swell quickly and then drink another glass of water or other liquids to encourage the transit of the fibers along the digestive tract.
