INDICATIONS: Food supplement of alkaline salts of Magnesium and Potassium . Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy metabolism and together with Potassium to normal muscle function. Potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. It also contains Vitamin C useful for protecting cells from oxidative stress and for contributing to the normal function of the immune system.

HOW TO USE: 1-2 sachets a day in a glass of water. We recommend one in a glass of water and two if you prefer to use it in a bottle or in ½ liter of water.
