Supplement of carnitine, taurine, niacin, calcium pantothenate, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, potassium and magnesium. It is indicated in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. Ginseng is useful as a tonic-adaptogen in case of physical and mental fatigue. Vitamins C, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Nicotinamide, pantothenic acid and vitamin B2 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
