How to use:
15-20 drops, 2-3 times a day.

Note:
The mother tinctures are generally diluted in a little still water and the liquid should be kept under the tongue for about 1 minute to facilitate its absorption.
The water can also be warmed; in this way the preparation will be activated better and will be absorbed more easily.
