Alkalos Supplement 60 Tablets + 60 Retard Tablets

ALKALOS Food supplement based on calcium citrate and vitamin D, potassium and magnesium citrate. Useful for supplementing a diet lacking in calcium and vitamin D, while providing adequate supplementation of potassium and magnesium. Both calcium, potassium and magnesium are in alkaline form (citrate), in order to allow a correct acid-base balance. They help maintain the correct structure and density of the bones.

Calcium in the form of citrate	250 mg
Vitamin D3	300 IU

Magnesium citrate equal to Magnesium	263 mg 3.5 mEq
Potassium citrate equal to Potassium	715 mg 7 mEq

How to use
Bottle A: unless otherwise indicated by the doctor, it is suggested to take 1 tablet in the morning, on an empty stomach, to promote calcium absorption. Take the tablet whole with a little water.
Bottle B: unless otherwise indicated by the doctor, it is suggested to take 1 tablet in the evening to promote a more adequate contrast of metabolic acidosis, usually higher at night. Take the tablet whole with a little water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
