Serem Food supplement based on titrated dry extracts of escolzia (Eschscholzia Californica Cham.), Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), L-tryptophan and melatonin. Escolzia and passionflower induce relaxation and relaxation. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Ingrediants

How to use
We recommend taking 1 sachet in the evening, half an hour before going to bed.
