How to use

For adults we recommend 1 measuring spoon of 10 ml, 3 times a day. With children the dose should be reduced to 5 ml, 2 times a day. The product can be taken pure or diluted in another liquid (water, tea, herbal tea). The wild fruit aroma makes it pleasant on the palate.
