Eleutherococcus is an adaptogenic tonic, capable of helping memory and cognitive functions, as well as the body's natural defenses. Thorny shrub with palmate and long petiolate leaves. It is very common in Siberia, also present in China, Korea, Japan. It prefers the forests of leafy trees and cedars, in the plains or in the mountains. The roots are harvested from wild plants in late spring or autumn.
Indications:
tiredness, sporting activity and overmenage.
Dosage and method of use:
2 or 3 capsules 2 times a day.
Features:
It is the anti-fatigue and anti-stress product par excellence, to be recommended in case of physical fatigue, over-training, preparation for exams. It can be compared to Ginseng as indications.
