Arkorelax sleep helps you to find restorative sleep naturally. Thanks to their calming action, extracts of passionflower and escolzia help to relax and cope with daily stress. Hops and valerian with their relaxing actions promote sleep and improve its quality. Calming and relaxing, lemon balm is known for its beneficial effects on sleep quality. Vitamin B6 contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce fatigue. Arkorelax sleep combines these five plant extracts with melatonin which helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep.

Ingrediants
Extract of the aerial part of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.), bulking agent: cellulose; valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.); lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.); female hop inflorescence extract (Humulus lupulus L.); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium stearate; melatonin; extract of the aerial part of escolzia (Eschcholzia californica Cham.); vitamin B6. Coating: coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid, talc; spirulina and apple concentrate. Dye: titanium dioxide.

How to use
1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
Reserved for adults.

Warnings
Do not exceed recommended daily doses. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. If you are undergoing treatment with antidepressants or other chronic treatment, seek the advice of your doctor. Do not associate with sleeping pills and other sedatives. After taking the product it is not recommended to drive and use machines. A food supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
