Ginger helps to counteract the feeling of nausea and, together with mint, regulates gastrointestinal motility and promotes digestive function. **
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. *

Ingrediants
Bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate; Ginger dry extract titrated at 5% in total gingerols (Maltodextrin, Emulsifier: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Zingiber officinalis Rosc. Rhizome, Anti-caking agent: Silica); Mint dry extract titrated at 3% in essential oils ( Mentha piperita L. aerial part, Glucose syrup).
Anti-caking agents: Magnesium stearate, micronized silica, Talc.
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Protected Vitamin B6 (Mono and diclycerides of fatty acids, Pyridoxine hydrochloride);
Coating agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Dye: Titanium dioxide.
Stabilizer: Glycerol.
Gluten free

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet 30 minutes before or when needed, up to a maximum of 3 tablets per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. For pregnant and lactating women and children, it is recommended that you consult your doctor.
