Phase 2 ingredients: potassium iodide, sodium selenite, zinc oxide, chromium picolinate, ammonium molybdate; microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, bitter cocoa, Compritol E ato, vegetable stearin, silicon dioxide.
Phase 3 Ingredients: Vitamin E Acetate, Magnesium Carbonate, Vitamin D3, Manganese Pidolate, Vitamin A Acetate, Vitamin K1; hydroxy-propyl-methyl cellulose, vegetable stearin, Compritol E ato, Silicon dioxide.

How to use
The recommended dose is 1 tablet in the morning after breakfast. The tablet can be swallowed whole or broken without losing its effectiveness.
