How to use
Open the main and secondary belts. Place the pad on the base of the palm of your hand. Wrap and fasten the main strap. Wrap the secondary strap and stop it. Adjust until the desired level of support is achieved.
Warnings
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softener.
storage
Close the hook before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
