How to use
Dissolve in any hot or cold, non-alcoholic, non-carbonated drink.
Take one or two sachets a day or second medical opinion.
It tolerates cooking perfectly.

Warnings
Bifin may initially cause slight abdominal swelling. This symptom is transient and can be traced back to changes in the intestinal microflora. It is therefore to be considered a signal of the effective action of the product on intestinal well-being.
It is recommended to take half a sachet of Bifin for the first 5 days and then gradually increase the dosage in order to find the most suitable dosage for the subjective clinical needs and to minimize the swelling sensation.
