How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day for 15 consecutive days, followed by 7 days of suspension and then take 1 capsule per day for another 15 consecutive days, thus facilitating better bioavailability, absorption and better pharmacokinetic functionality avoiding accumulations of the supplement.
