Magnesium food supplement. It provides 300 mg of magnesium per day, equivalent to 80% of its RDA. Magnesium and vitamins B2, B5, B6, B9, B12 and PP contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B6, B8, B12 and PP contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function.
How to use
Adults and adolescents: take 2 tablets after breakfast and 2 tablets after dinner with a little water.
