Buona Respiro is a syrup with a pleasant taste useful for the well-being of the respiratory tract in children from 1 year of age. Its formulation based on plant extracts (Ivy, Grindelia, Black Currant) and Honey makes it indicated in the treatment of both dry and productive cough, as a symptom of inflammatory processes resulting from colds, flu syndromes and pharyngitis. Thanks to the protective action of Honey on the oropharyngeal mucosa and to the presence of resins, polysaccharides, mucilage and flavonoids contained in plant extracts, Buona Respiro Syrup acts in case of:

DRY COUGH , because it favors the formation of a film on the oropharyngeal mucosa, increasing its hydration, lubrication, protection from external irritants and reducing rubbing at the level of the pharynx, which causes cough

GREASY COUGH , because it promotes the removal of mucus, with an emollient and fluidifying effect.

Buona Respiro Syrup helps restore the functionality of the upper respiratory tract.

Its formulation is enriched with Honey and Apple juice which give the syrup a particularly pleasant taste for children.

Dosage:

We recommend taking according to the following dosage, unless otherwise indicated by the doctor:

• from 1 to 3 years: 5 ml up to 2 times a day;
• over 3 years: 5 ml up to 4 times a day.

It may be helpful to give the last dose at bedtime.
It can be taken as such or diluted as desired in a small amount of even lukewarm liquids (milk, tea, water).
Wash the measuring cap after each use and make sure you have closed the bottle correctly.
Once opened, use the product within three months.

Shake the bottle before use.

• Do not use the product in case of suspected or confirmed allergy towards one of its components;
• Do not use the product if the package is damaged or not perfectly intact upon first opening.

For the formulation of Buona Respiro Syrup , we have chosen dry, titrated and standardized extracts of plants whose properties are indicated to calm both dry and oily cough and protect the oropharyngeal mucosa.

Grindelia , a plant of the Asteraceae family that grows mainly in America, contains resins with mucoadhesive and protective properties, which favor the formation of a protective film with a barrier effect capable of calming coughs. The upper respiratory tract is thus protected from contact with external irritants.

The Ivy of the Araliaceae family, thanks to the high presence of flavonoids, favors the removal of mucus, exerting a fluidifying action on bronchial secretions.

Ribes Nigrum of the Rossulariaceae family grows in central-southern Europe, in mid-mountain areas with a rather humid continental climate. Contains tannins, flavonoids and procyanidins with antioxidant (anti free radicals) action.

Thanks to the presence of sugars, Honey has a mucoadhesive, protective and emollient action on the oropharyngeal mucosa.
