Preparato per pancake e waffles ad alto contenuto di proteine e di fibre, con farina d’avena senza glutine che ha un basso indice glicemico e fornisce energia a lungo termine. Arricchito con vitamine B2 e B6 che contribuiscono al normale metabolismo energetico. Con edulcorante.

Come si usa?
Mescolare bene 30 g di prodotto (circa 3 cucchiai) con 45 ml di acqua, fino ad ottenere una pastella omogenea. Se si usa un quantitativo di polvere differente usare 1,5 ml di acqua ogni g di polvere. Ungere una padella antiaderente con una piccola quantità di olio e scaldare a fuoco medio. Versare la pastella nella padella antiaderente e cuocere da entrambi i lati per 2-3 minuti fino a doratura. Il quantitativo di 30 g è sufficiente per un paio di piccoli pancake o uno grande (consigliato).
