• N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine, a substance naturally responsible for regulating sleep. Promotes physiological rest and contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep;
• Griffonia, traditionally used to improve mood, to combat mild depression or anxiety. Natural source of 5-HTP (hydroxytryptophan), direct precursor of serotonin, which plays a central role in the emotional circuits;

Method of use and dosage
