How does Colesia Soft Gel work?

Colesia Soft Gel is a food supplement that contains plant sterols and stanols that contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8mg of plant sterols / stanols. The product also contains monacolin K from red rice which facilitates the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10mg of monacolin K from fermented red rice preparations.

Method of use and dosage

It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day for at least 30 days to be swallowed with a large glass of water.

59% sterol esters in sterols and stanols with tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate; Food Gelatin, Turmeric (Curcuma Longa L es, rhizome), complexed with soy phospholipids; Red rice (Oryza Sativa L.) fermented (from Monascus purpureus es, semen), 3% in Monacolin K; Resistance agent: Glycerol; Esters of propylene glycol; Medium-chain triglycerides; Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin; Olive tree (olea europeaL. Eg, fructus) titrated in polyphenols; Dyes: Titanium Dioxide (E171); Iron Oxide (E172).
