How to use
The recommended daily dose is 1 sachet per day which can be dissolved in liquid food (water, liquid yogurt, milk, smoothies, fruit juices, etc.), preferably in the evening, at least one hour after dinner. The temperature of the liquid in which it is dissolved must be tempered to prevent the alteration of the various substances present and favor their solubility. To further implement the solubilization it is preferable to use an immersion blender.
