Food supplement based on titrated dry extracts of Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis ), Lupolo ( Humulus lupulus ) and Giuggiolo ( Ziziphus jujuba ).
Thanks to the phytocomplexes it contains, it can be useful for promoting sleep in case of stress.
It does not contain gluten or lactose .

Ingrediants
Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. , root) dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acid, Hops ( Humulus lupulus L. , strobili) dry extract titrated at 0.4% in total flavonoids, Jujube ( Ziziphus jujuba Mill. , Seeds ) dry extract titrated at 2% minimum in triterpene saponins, maize maltodextrins; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; glazing agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; dye: titanium dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablets of the product per day, preferably one hour before bedtime.
