It contains elasticizing and protective principles, which favor the physiological mechanisms of cicatrization, counteracting the formation of hypertrophic and keloid scars, thanks to the biocompatible silicone components that compose it, associated with an ester with a marked emollient activity. The gel forms a thin film that acts through a double mechanism: it isolates the scar tissue from the external environment and regulates its hydration state.
