Kappa Dietary granular vegetable preparation with reduced sodium content, for broth and dressing based on glutamate. Suitable for diets with limited salt consumption. Gluten free.

Ingrediants
Flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate; potassium chloride; food salt; dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (onion, celery); soy flour; lactose; corn oil; coloring: plain caramel; acidifier: potassium citrate; natural flavors.
Humidity not higher than 3%.
Potassium-Sodium Ratio: 1.6.
