Dicopeg Sachets is a laxative action product based on Macrogol 3350 which helps to regulate normal intestinal function thanks to Macrogol 3350.

Dicopeg is a laxative action product indicated in chronic constipation and in cases of occasionally irregular bowel. In fact, thanks to its affinity for water, Dicopeg softens the stool, facilitating the evacuation. Its action does not reduce over time.

How does Dicopeg supplement laxative work?

Dicopeg is a laxative action product which, through an osmotic action, regulates intestinal functions. It is neither absorbed nor fermented in the intestine, it does not irritate the mucosa and is eliminated in the faeces in an unmodified form.

Method of use and dosage

It is recommended to dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 1/2 glass of water:

• From 6 months to 2 years (up to 12 kg): 1-2 sachets per day.
• From 2 to 11 years (from 12 kg to 20 kg): 2-4 sachets per day.
• Over 11 years (or> 20 kg): 2-6 sachets per day.

It is possible to divide the daily dose into several administrations. The dose can be increased or decreased depending on the individual response to treatment.

Warnings and Contraindications

Use the product in pediatric children only after medical advice.
The maximum dose needed does not normally exceed 6 sachets per day.
For oral use.
