The association of magnesium and vitamin B6 has been shown to be useful in promoting the physiological remission of some menstrual problems often associated with a deficiency of these nutrients. It is a useful adjuvant in promoting physiological recovery even in case of water retention associated with the use of the contraceptive pill or associated with the period preceding the menstrual cycle.
Dosage and method of use
Swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal.
