How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day to swallow, without chewing or breaking.

Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
