How to use

We recommend taking 1 large spoon (9 ml or 9.5 g) in half a glass of water or other beverage or in a teacup of hot water. one to three times a day
at any time; sweeten to taste. A sediment is normal, shake before use, thanks. You can dilute the daily dose (also mixed with other plant extracts) in a bottle of water to drink throughout the day.
