How to use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (3.2 g) diluted in hot or cold water, inside a wafer (wafer) to be swallowed with water, one to three times a day at any time; mix and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be dissolved in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day.
