Method of use and dosage

Take 1 scoop (9 ml) diluted in hot or cold water, once or twice a day at any time (9 to 18 ml a day). Mix and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before using.
