How to use
We recommend taking 1 scoop (5 ml) diluted in a little water, one to four times a day at any time (5 to 20 ml per day). It is suggested to drink the product in small sips to promote sublingual assimilation. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day.
