How to use

We recommend taking 1 teaspoon (2 ml, equal to 50 drops) in hot or cold water, one to three times a day at any time; mix and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water and consumed throughout the day. Shake before using. Dropper included.
