The right integration of Iron in a bioavailable form with the addition of Manganese, Copper, Zinc, Vitamin C and Folic Acid to promote the correct metabolism of Iron. In case of iron deficiency anemia, a 5 ml measuring cup or 1 capsule will be used during breakfast for periods of at least 40 days which can be easily repeated throughout the year.
