Magnesium, involved in over three hundred enzymatic processes, is one of the great regulators of the body's energy cycles. It is essential for the use of energy, and it is necessary for the functionality of the muscles (including the heart), as well as for the functionality of the nervous system. Linked to oxiproline - the natural amino acid which increases its bioavailability - and therefore has a very high assimilability. The same oxiproline, or pidolic acid, becomes an active component of the formula due to its antioxidant action as a precursor of Glutathione and as a support for the reconstruction of tissues by entering the metabolism of collagen.
Indicated for cramps, spasms, tremors, unmotivated physical and mental fatigue, depression, restlessness, disturbed sleep, lack of concentration.

How to use
Swallow 4 tablets a day, with water, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. There are no contraindications to take the product between meals. The particular composition also allows not to alter the bioavailability of the product even taking it together with food.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
