PHARMACOTHERAPEUTIC CATEGORY

ACTIVE PRINCIPLES
100 ml contain: hyaluronic acid sodium salt 0.015 g.
EXCIPIENTS
Carboxypolymethylene; glycerol, distilled water.
INDICATIONS
Ocular dry eye syndromes. Moisturizer and lubricant of the cornea and conjunctiva. Valid aid in the use of contact lenses.
CONTRAINDICATIONS / SECONDARY EFFECT
Hypersensitivity 'to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
DOSAGE
1-2 drops four times or more / day, according to the doctor's opinion. Open a sterile single-dose microflial by rotating the upper segment of the sterile microflial, instill the number of drops according to the indicated posology in the inferior conjunctival fornix. After opening and after the first instillation, close the vial by pressing the cap under the flap on the neck. The residue can be used no later than 6 hours after opening, as long as it is stored in a suitable environment. To avoid contamination, make sure that the dropper and the capsule of the microdoser do not come into contact with the eyes or with other non-sterile surfaces. To use the single-dose microflial carry out the following operations: detach one vial from the strip; shake the nozzle to free it from the liquid; open the single-dose vial by turning the flap and pulling at the same time. Hold the flap in one hand; exerting moderate pressure on the walls of the single-dose vial with the other hand, slowly drop the medicine in the prescribed dose.
STORAGE
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees C.
WARNINGS
To avoid contamination, the microflial and capsulin, once separated, must not come into direct contact with the eyes or other surfaces.
INTERACTIONS
No interactions have ever been reported with the use of other systemic or topical drugs.
SIDE EFFECTS
In rare cases, mild transient burning on instillation. Report any suspected adverse reactions via the national reporting system.
PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING
No known contraindications.
