PROPERTY

The drug is able to eliminate a good number of concomitant symptoms in diabetes mellitus. After prolonged use of the R40 preparation, a progressive and careful reduction of the dosages of both the insulin therapy and the oral hypoglycemic therapy can be carried out.

The individual components of the preparation show the following symptoms: Acidum phosphoricum: asthenia and physical exhaustion, polydipsia, pale urine. Arsenicum album: intense thirst, polydipsia, progressive organic wasting. Lycopodium: stimulates liver function; sense of weight in the right hypochondrium. Natrium sulfuricum: diabetes. It acts on the liver and biliary tract.

Secale cornutum: intense thirst, polydipsia, paraesthesia.
