Treatment and prevention of flea and / or tick infestations. The product can be used as part of a treatment strategy for the control of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).
In dogs:
Treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides spp.) : Immediate insecticidal efficacy against new adult flea infestations persists for 9 weeks. Prevention for 8 weeks after applying flea multiplication by inhibiting flea egg hatching (ovicidal activity) and egg development (and subsequent laying) in adult fleas.
Treatment and prevention of tick infestation ( Dermac entor reticulatus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus) : The product has immediate and lasting acaricidal efficacy for 6 weeks after application.
In cats:
Treatment and prevention of flea infestations ( Ctenocephalides spp.) : Immediate insecticidal efficacy against new adult flea infestations persists for 8 weeks. Prevention for 6 weeks after applying flea multiplication by inhibiting flea egg hatching (ovicidal activity) and egg development (and subsequent laying) in adult fleas.
Treatment and prevention of tick infestation ( Rhipicephalus turanicus): The product has immediate and lasting acaricidal efficacy for 5 weeks after application.
Dosage:
Dosage: One pipette per animal corresponding to the minimum recommended dose of 12 mg / kg body weight (bw) of fipronil and 6 mg / kg bw of (S) -methoprene.

Administration : How to apply:
Disconnect one of the blisters from the blister card. This will prevent accidental opening of the adjacent blister, protecting unopened pipettes from exposure to moisture.
Open the blister with scissors. To avoid damaging the pipette, cut along the line marked with the scissors icon. Carefully open the cut end guard and remove the pipette.
Keep the pipette upright. Tap lightly to make sure that the entire liquid content is inside the main body of the pipette. Fold the upper pipette strip back. If necessary, the pipette can be set down. To open the pipette break the top along the indicated line.
Open the mantle between the shoulder blades to make the skin visible. Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze the pipette several times to empty the contents completely and directly on the skin in one place.
Applying the solution near the base of the neck minimizes the chance of the animal licking off the solution. Pay particular attention after application that multiple animals do not lick off the solution with each other. Pay due attention to avoid wetting the hair excessively with the product, since it would then take on a sticky appearance at the point of treatment. Treatment can be repeated every 6 weeks in dogs and every 5 weeks in cats, or as deemed appropriate for the type and level of parasite exposure. In the absence of specific studies, the treatment should not be repeated at intervals of less than 2 weeks.
