Otoclean is a moisturizing and sanitizing solution for cleaning the external ear canal in dogs and cats. Dissolves earwax and gently removes dirt and secretions.

Indications

The Otoclean ear cleaner is a recommended solution for cleaning the external auditory canal of dogs and cats, eliminating all traces of secretions, dirt and earwax. It helps to keep the ear free from accumulations and counteracts the formation of unpleasant odors. Otoclean has nourishing, softening and keratolotic characteristics that make it suitable for the prevention of ear infections in breeds with particular ear anatomy and as a support in the treatment of ear inflammation.

Otoclean is a cleaning solution for the ears of dogs and cats that frees the external ear canal of dirt and secretions. The combination of its active components guarantees:

• the dissolution of excess ear wax for easier removal;
• a calming and anti-inflammatory action that softens the skin of the ear;
• the prevention and treatment of ear infections;

How to use

The frequency of use of Otoclean depends on the individual specific case.

• prevention of ear infections: to keep the external auditory canal in optimal conditions, we recommend constant use of the product once a week.
• ear hygiene, unpleasant odor, etc: in this case Otoclean should be administered every 24 hours for 8 consecutive days in both ears; subsequently, depending on the effect obtained, the applications may gradually thin out (every 2-3 days), until complete hygiene of the ear canal is achieved.
• adjuvant in the treatment of otitis: in animals affected by otitis, the cleansing of the ear canal is necessary to remove accumulations of dirt, earwax or secretions, in order to improve the effectiveness of the ear therapeutic products used against the infection. This is why washing both ears with Otoclean 30 minutes before applying the drugs is indicated.

Administer Otoclean in both the ear canals of the dog or cat in sufficient quantity, proportional to the size of the animal:

• In large animals, one vial (5 ml) should be administered in each ear.
• In small or medium-sized animals, the contents of a vial can be divided between the two ear canals.

Leave Otoclean to act inside the ear for at least 30 minutes, without administering other substances at the same time.
